Our fleet consists exclusively of Mercedes vehicles. We have E-Class sedans, S-Class Premium Plus Long 4MATIC sedans, and V-Class and Vito vans.

To guarantee optimal service and maximum availability, we ask you to make reservations at least one day in advance. This allows us to better organize our drivers and guarantee a smooth transfer, adapted to your needs. For example, if you are traveling alone we will provide you with a sedan including the transport of normal sized luggage, but if you are traveling in a group or with bulky luggage we recommend booking a van.

In compliance with sector regulations law 21/92 and subsequent amendments, our drivers are all hired employees, in possession of the KB professional requirement, registered in the Drivers’ Register at the Trieste Chamber of Commerce and subjected to annual medical examinations.
To guarantee the high quality standard that distinguishes us, we ask for reservations at least one day in advance. We will thus be able to provide you with a rested driver and a clean and impeccable vehicle, suitable for your needs.

At the time of booking you will be asked for times, itineraries and any necessary waiting times. Based on these details you will be provided with a cost, also specifying any costs for waiting times or extra routes that you may need.
Yes. By prior arrangement at the time of booking, as an alternative to cash, if you prefer, you can pay directly to the driver by credit card, or in advance via the Sumup link, or for services performed by bank transfer.
We are a non-scheduled public service; our authorizations (they are reported and verifiable on a non-removable plate next to the registration plate) allow us to operate in Italy and
abroad.
There will be no penalty for cancellations communicated up to 24 hours before departure.
After this period, the penalty will be at the discretion of the Management, ensuring a personalized assessment of the circumstances. We are here to build a relationship of trust, ensuring that our policies reflect your travel experience in every detail. However, we do not apply penalties for cancellations made politely or due to serious health reasons. We believe in the importance of exceptional circumstances.
Yes. Being a non-scheduled public service, our vehicles are covered by specific policies for NCC, with very high limits.

Special Baggage : Please inform us in advance if you have oversized baggage, so that we can assign you a vehicle large enough to comfortably accommodate all your belongings.

Child Seats : For trips with small children, we provide dedicated seats. Please let us know in advance to ensure we have appropriate child seats for your booking.
Our dedication to quality is reflected in the meticulous care of our fleet. At the end of each service, each vehicle undergoes a thorough cleaning process using specific detergents, ensuring a fresh and impeccable environment for each new journey.
At the end of your trip, we kindly invite you to do a thorough check to ensure that you have not forgotten any personal items on board the vehicle. In the event that something is lost, we have a dedicated procedure to ensure accurate and timely handling.
Lost Property Procedures:
- Customer Verification : We encourage you to carefully check the vehicle before leaving it, making sure you have not left anything behind.
- Communication with Staff : If there are any lost items, please inform our staff immediately.
- Safe Storage : The objects found by our staff will be stored with the utmost care and safety in our offices.
- Storage Period : We keep lost items for a maximum period of 30 days.
Our priority is to return lost items to their rightful owners as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We are both non-scheduled public services. Unlike taxis, which park in the stands dedicated to them and are aimed at an undifferentiated user base, the NCC is aimed at a specific user.
When you book a rental service with driver, upon booking you will already know what type of vehicle will be dedicated to you, the cost, and the name of the dedicated driver. The vehicle will already be present at the time you have chosen, on the day you have chosen, punctually at the place you have requested and will already know the itinerary to follow since it will have had all the time to prepare it.
